Relying heavily on volunteers
and the generous donations of our kind sponsors, the APC provides a wide variety of
activities for its members. Although the development of riding
skills is important, it is not the sole focus of the APC.
Members are taught to safely care for their ponies/horses through
lectures, guest speakers, quiz, testing and in virtually every activity.
Through membership, horse
and pony enthusiasts are provided with the opportunity to
participate in traditional pony club events such as Quiz, Rally, D
Challenge, ABC Rally, Tetrathalon, Testing and Prince Phillip Games.
The APC also hosts two EC sanctioned horse shows (Windsor Spring
Horse Show and Windsor Summer Horse Show), training shows, summer
camp, Christmas Party, Easter Egg Hunt, and even two Jen Hamilton
clinics.
